Hi SQUAD!


Are you ready to plank it out with us for the next 7 days? We're bringing you the ultimate mini challenge leading up to Thanksgiving so you can stuff yourself with stuffing and still have killer abs!

Introducing PlanksGiving - a week long adventure of climbing a plank ladder. For the next 7 days we are challenging you to add a series of planks to your workouts. On day #1 you will do 1 plank. On day #2 you will do your plank from day 1 and add another plank. On day #3 you will be doing the planks from the previous days plus a new one. We think you get it! These planks add up for 7 days meaning that on day #7 you will have 7 different planks to complete. It might start off easy, but trust us you will want to throw a bowl of mashed potatoes at us by the end. 😂

Make sure to watch your video tutorial to make sure you are doing each plankercise (yeah, we just made up that word) correctly. We sprinkled in some tried and true planks along with some spicy new ones! We encourage you to try and do your daily planks consecutively, but we totally get it if you want to break it up throughout the day or take rests in between planks.


Listen to your body and figure out what works best for you. If you have shoulder issues or wrist problems you might opt to sit this one out. Most of all, we just want you to have fun!

We start this challenge together on Thursday and can't wait to see what you show us. This challenge ends the day before Thanksgiving, but feel free to start it whenever you want - like, if you have family coming in town and find it necessary to make them do planks with you!
