Usually when we hear the question; what are your fitness goals? We think about about toned arms, a flatter belly, cleaner eating or comfortably fitting back in our fave pair of jeans. However, have you ever thought about what your fitness "bucket list" goals might be? asked me one of mine and it involves the ocean, some fun in the sun and "hanging ten," well at least you'll work up to that!
