Happy Holidays Ninjas! 🎁

It's the most wonderful time of the year here at B&B. Why? Because we just dropped our last challenge of the year! This might be our favorite challenge, since we incorporate ALL your favorite challenges of the year into one last, giant shebang! We're talking Tough Love, Abtober, PlanksGiving and for the heck of it, we threw in some boxing and kickboxing moves! Yeah, we think we set off a barrage of fireworks with this one!

So here's how your challenge works. You'll start with a superset of weighted moves from your Tough Love Challenge. Repeat the superset 3 times before moving on. We suggest taking a 20 second break in between each set. Then rest for a minute and complete 60 seconds of a boxing/kickboxing move. After that you'll have either an ABtober or a PlanksGiving timed exercise to do. And you'll finish it all off with 1 minute of B&Bey Banded Burnout. *Side note: we left out Hot AF, cause it was HARD AF and we aren't trying to kill you over the holidays... You're welcome! 😂

So are you up for the challenge? We already know your answer: HELL YES YOU ARE! You can do this combination of exercises as a finisher to your B&B workouts or you can just do them on your own - cause it's short & sweet & one heck of a burn! 🔥

We do ask that before you start each challenge day that you take a few moments of silence to remember our fallen ninja Tandy Baer. This challenge is dedicated to her!
