HELLO SQUAD!

Welcome to our first ever B&B Bounce Through Summer - Mini Jump Rope Challenge! Yep, you heard us correctly, we are grabbing our ropes and getting our bounce on!

No rope, no biggie! You can use light hand weights, a cordless rope or nothing at all. Your body weight is all you need for this challenge. The rope just adds an extra layer of hot sauce!

So what are you doing for the next 7 days? You'll have one minute of jumping followed by 45 seconds of a conditioning exercise. Perform those 2 moves back to back, then take a 30 second rest and repeat. Oh, and you'll be repeating those moves for 4 rounds!

1 minute jump + 45 seconds conditioning move + 30 seconds rest

1 minute jump + 45 seconds conditioning move + 30 seconds rest

1 minute jump + 45 seconds conditioning move + 30 seconds rest
