It's finally here. We're kicking 2022 off with a bang and strengthening your body & your mind. That's right! It's the all new B&B Strong Body & Strong Mind Challenge.
This Challenge newbie is sure to fire you up and keep you motivated through 2022 and beyond. We are so excited to start this year off strong with you.
So, what exactly is this Challenge? It's ten days of weighted exercises using dumbbells and a bench. If you don't have a bench, don't worry, all the exercises can be performed standing, on the ground, or seated in a chair. This Challenge isn't just about strengthening your body, but also your mind. We've included a Mini Meditation Challenge to accompany your physical challenge. Exercise makes your body stronger and meditation makes your mind stronger. You can use meditation to increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings. It's a way to reduce stress and develop concentration.
You can also use the practice to develop other beneficial habits and feelings, such as a positive mood and outlook, self-discipline, and healthy sleep patterns. There are so many benefits!
