Are you ready for some TOUGH LOVE? Yep, that's right, I am bringing back one of your fave challenges ever: Tough Love (and this time it's a...) Tabata! I'm giving you a 12-day calendar of kettlebell exercises - yes, I kept the kettlebells from the last time we did this challenge together - and this time we are performing the exercises TABATA STYLE!

Need more info on the basics of Tabata? I got you covered! Everything is thoroughly explained in your Challenge PDF.

These Challenges are for EVERYONE! You don't have to be a member to participate in all the fun. So grab a friend, a family member or just you and get ready to love yourself! We start together on Monday, April 18th, but you can start anytime you want.
