The Holiday Season is upon us and that means gathering together with friends, family and loved ones. For some of us, this is the busiest time of the year and that means less time to focus on ourselves, a lot more eating and limited workouts. Even if you are Netflix and chillin' your mind is probably creating to-do-lists and racing a million miles a minute. Anyway you slice it, this time of year tends to be hectic! That's why I created the 12-Days of B&B Live, Love, Laugh, Sweat Holiday Challenge.

You can find it under: B&B Challenges! It only takes 5 minutes a day to complete and I promise that you will be filled with the holiday spirit and a little sweat of course! Not only have I included a mini sweat sesh for each day, but it also comes with a printable journal so you can carve out some much needed "ME" time. So before you get overwhelmed with traveling, cooking, cleaning, gift giving, laundry, guests and stress....I want you to take a few minutes a day to focus on just FOUR things.

Write down the following each day:

LIVE: What are you grateful for today?

LOVE: What do you love about yourself right now in this moment?

LAUGH: Who or what made you laugh today?

SWEAT: Get moving for just 5 minutes, head to B&B Challenges for the mini sweat sesh's!
