🌶️ EVERYTHING can be modified. Push-ups can be done on your knees, omit jumping etc. You can also play with tempo, reps and range of motion.
🌶️ REST days are up to you. I filled up the entire calendar but I encourage you to listen to your body and rest when needed. You can just pick up where you left off! Remember: DO YOU.
🌶️ BANDED burnouts don't need to be banded. You can still reap all the benefits without one!
🌶️ NO weights? No problemo! Get creative at home.
🌶️ YES, this challenge is meant to compliment your B&B workouts. If you feel it's too much, either choose the challenge exercises OR the sweat sesh from your suggested weekly schedule.
