Alright ninjas, let's get in formation! Here are some quick tips and tricks that will set you up for success with your 31-day B&Bey ABtober Challenge! Just like Queen Bey herself, let's get ready to SLAY.
⭐ ALL exercises are demonstrated in the B&Bey video tutorial! Head to B&B Challenges and you'll find all the info you need to set you up for success. It's so important to watch the video tutorial prior to starting the challenge so you can perfect your form and technique.
⭐ EVERYTHING can be modified. Push-ups can be done on your knees, omit jumping etc. You can also play with tempo, reps and range of motion. Remember to always DO YOU. There's absolutely NOTHING wrong with modifying. It's smart!
⭐ REST days are up to you. I filled up the entire calendar (as burnouts to compliment your B&B workouts) but I encourage you to listen to your body and rest when needed. You can just pick up where you left off! Rest and recovery days are just as important as working out. I can't stress this enough!
⭐ BANDED exercises don't need to be banded. You can still reap all the benefits without one! In this challenge I'm showing the rubber bands some love. If you only have fabric bands, you can place it above your knees instead of your feet or ankles.
⭐ YES, this challenge is meant to compliment your B&B workouts. If you feel it's too much, either choose the challenge exercises OR the sweat sesh from your suggested weekly schedule. Like I always say: YOU DO YOU.
