Oh and buckle up because this B&B challenge is going to be super spicy. Why do you ask? Not only did I add kettlebell and glider work to the mix but I also incorporated a Tabata format. Yep, you're going to absolutely LOVE it!
No KB? No sweat. You can substitute with a single medium to heavy weight. No gliders? No biggie. You can use paper plates or wear socks depending on your surface.
The challenge officially kicks off on April 18th but you can start ANYTIME.
