Mental Health Awareness Month
Mental Health Awareness Month

May was Mental Health Awareness Month however, we should be openly talking about mental health all year long.

Here at B&B, we have built a community of strong and amazing humans. We celebrate the wins just as fiercely as we support and uplift one another during our struggles. We have seen each other through triumphs such as marriages, births, new jobs, reaching health goals, etc. but we have also cradled one another in love and support during times of loss, struggle, and illness. The community that has been built at B&B has transparency like no other. It's what sets us apart from other platforms. We show the real and raw. And that includes mental health awareness and acceptance. Talking openly about our mental health has helped so many members realize they are not alone! Please know you are not alone, you are no less, and your mental health matters. Each person's mental health is their story to tell. And what works for someone's mental health journey may not work for you. What is important is not to be afraid to ask for help. The first step is to talk to your doctor or a trained professional. And there are so many resources out there to help.

Finally, we want you to know that you simply being here on this planet is a gift. You are loved. You are valued. And you matter. We are glad you are here with us on this journey of life.

If you are looking for Mental Health resources or information you can go to MentalHealth.gov or contact your local health department. If you feel unsafe or in danger in any way, please go to your nearest emergency room. You don't have to suffer alone. There is always someone to help and listen.

Love, The B&B Team 💛
